Silverdale Glen is
one of the Isle of Man's most beautiful historic natural glens
and has long been a popular destination for family days out.
Just a few minutes walk from Ballasalla, its natural beauty is
easily accessible by steam train, bus and car.
Silverdale
comprises of the Tea Rooms, Ice Cream Parlour, the newly
refurbished Licensed Restaurant and Function/Training Room
alongside the Boating Lake, Children's Playground, Water Wheel
and water-powered Carousel.
Silverdale is
home to the
Craftworks Studio and the newest resident Dizzy
Ducks floral crafts. It is also one
of the venues for "Walk & Talk" and the "Bat Walks" throughout
the summer.
The Glen is open to visitors 365 days a year. For opening times
